Where do you ship?
We deliver to destinations in Ireland and Northern Ireland only.
What are my options for shipping?
The delivery options and charges are automatically added to the costs of the products as part of the process of submitting the order online. The delivery charges can be seen before proceeding to the checkout.
When will my order be shipped?
The Dispatch day is every Tuesday except for Irish bank holidays. The courier services will not operate on Saturdays, Sundays and national/local holidays.
How do I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled in writing (by email, letter) up to 24 hours before the scheduled shipment date. Once the goods have been dispatched, a cancellation of the orders and a refund is not possible anymore due to the perishable nature of the goods.
How do I change my shipping / delivery address?
If you notice your shipping or billing address is incorrect after placing your order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org
What forms of payment do you take?
We accept Visa and Master credit and debit cards.
We do not carry out an order without having received payment by the person ordering.
Time of payment: We will charge the credit card on receipt of the order either manually, or if the order is placed online, immediately through Stripe.
What happens if my order is delayed?
Delays in transit are the sole responsibility of the courier service, unless the delays are caused by the customer (wrong or incomplete delivery address, wrong or missing phone number). Either way, the Clare Jam Company Ltd will not be able to accept responsibility nor give refunds/replacement orders.
We cannot guarantee a delivery on exactly the dates requested due to unforeseen circumstances over which we have no influence.
If the courier service cannot reach anybody at the delivery address stipulated in the order, the driver is not obliged to make extensive inquiries, phone calls and arrangements to deliver.
What should I do if my item is damaged, defective, or incorrect?
Should the goods delivered be either faulty or the wrong ones, we will either refund or re-send the (correct) goods. The complaint has to be lodged with us within 5 working days.
