Our Range & Method

The Clare Jam Company is a family owned, artisan jam producer, located in Doolin. We have been making handmade jams for over 30 years and specialise in a variety of extra fruit jams, marmalades, jellies, chutneys, mustards and condiments. The jams are prepared using the traditional open pan boiling method, using only pure, whole and 100 % natural ingredients. Each jam is handmade from start to finish, hand-poured, labelled and packaged.

    We have a selection of 18 jams, from classic jams, such as Strawberry, Raspberry and Blackcurrant Jam to more unique combinations such as Strawberry and Baileys, Wild Blueberry and Cherry & Redcurrant Jam.

  • Marmalades

    Our marmalades are made using the very best oranges, lemons, grapefruit and limes. Our range goes from a classic breakfast marmalade to Connemara Whiskey Marmalade and a very unique Orange marmalade with Poitin and Spices.

    Our Jellies are made using Irish Bramley Apples giving it a unique, fresh flavour. We combine the Apple jelly with many wonderful spices and herbs such as clove, cinnamon, rose petals, chilli flakes and mint.

    Our 9 unique, flavoursome chutneys are the perfect accompaniment to a range of dishes, cheese, salads, curries and sandwiches - ranging from the Spiced Plum chutney to Irish Bramley Apple Chutney to the perfect summer Mango Chutney.

    We have four mustards which are the perfect combination of mustard seeds, Irish Cider Vinegar, sea salt, spices, herbs, Guinness and spirits.
